A roof assessment is not the same as a roof inspection/estimate. Compare the two options here.

A Juffs roof assessment is a more thorough investigation of your entire roofing system. We meet with you on site, complete a 32-question “Needs Analysis” and then conduct a 55-point rooftop inspection.
Some roof consultants and engineers charge between $500 and $2500 for a roof assessment. Juffs Roofing charges $150 for a 3-4 hour roof assessment. (If you choose to proceed with our recommendations, 50% of the cost of the roof assessment will be refunded.)
Our entire 3 to 4 hour roof assessment process involves:
